These Terms of Service govern your use of the StreamBeaten Twitch Extension. By installing, configuring, or viewing StreamBeaten, you agree to these terms.

About StreamBeaten

StreamBeaten lets Twitch broadcasters create a public game showcase for their channel. Broadcasters can search for games, choose platforms, set progress and hours, reorder entries, and customize the visual style shown to viewers.

Use of the Extension

You agree to use StreamBeaten in a lawful and respectful way and in compliance with Twitch's Terms of Service, Twitch Community Guidelines, and Twitch Developer policies.

Broadcasters are responsible for the information they add to their showcase and for making sure their use of the extension is appropriate for their channel and audience.

Game Data and Images

StreamBeaten may display game metadata and cover images from IGDB/Twitch game data services. StreamBeaten does not claim ownership over third-party game titles, images, trademarks, or metadata.

No Affiliation

StreamBeaten is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Twitch, IGDB, or any game publisher unless explicitly stated.

Availability

We aim to keep StreamBeaten available, but the extension may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time. Some features depend on third-party services such as Twitch, Supabase, and IGDB/Twitch game data services.

Prohibited Use

You may not use StreamBeaten to submit abusive, misleading, illegal, infringing, or harmful content, or to interfere with the extension's operation or security.

Disclaimer

StreamBeaten is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages or losses related to your use of the extension.

Termination and Data Removal

We may restrict or remove access to StreamBeaten if it is misused or if required by platform rules or law. Broadcasters may request removal of their StreamBeaten data by contacting xmanusaddy@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
